- Moisten your face with lukewarm water (never hot)
- Apply 2-3 pumps of cleansing foam
- Massage gently in circular motions for 30-60 seconds
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry — never rub
Stage 2: Nutrition — Hydration
After cleansing, your skin is open and receptive. This is the moment to nourish it deeply.
Hydration is the foundation of healthy-looking skin. When your skin is properly hydrated, fine lines look softer, texture appears smoother, and your complexion regains its natural glow. Dehydrated skin, on the other hand, looks dull, feels rough, and amplifies every imperfection.
